Atossa presents preclinical data on (Z)-endoxifen at ASCO annual meeting
Atossa announced that two abstracts on (Z)-endoxifen were accepted for the ASCO 2026 annual meeting. Preclinical data show that (Z)-endoxifen inhibits estrogen receptor signaling in breast cancer models with ESR1 mutations and reduces ER activity in MCF-7 cells to 16–26% of control levels, with activity against Y537N, Y537S and D538G.
