Bannerman Energy has agreed a strategic financing arrangement with CNNC Overseas Limited of up to AUD 321.5 million to support the Etango uranium project in Namibia. The company reported a cash position of AUD 69.9 million at quarter end, improved its capital structure and continued project works on schedule. Commissioning of Etango is planned for September 2028, with an expansion to double capacity envisaged.
