Berkeley Energia has announced the issue of 496,428 fully paid ordinary shares following the exercise of 2,000,000 unlisted options via a cashless exercise facility. The new shares rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares, and admission to the Official List segment and trading on the London Stock Exchange main market is expected around 23 January 2026.
