Burkhalter Gruppe has taken over Progressio Holding (including subsidiary anplaq) and completed the purchase agreement. The transaction strategically expands Burkhalter’s market area and strengthens its energy and water infrastructure business; anplaq manufactures and installs pipeline and plant systems for energy, district heating, and drinking- and wastewater projects. Around 30 employees will remain employed, and annual sales are about CHF 8.5 million. The purchase price is paid partly in cash and partly in roughly 38,000 newly issued registered shares of Burkhalter Holding; two-thirds of the received shares are subject to a two-year lock-up agreement.
