Trace3 to acquire Calian Group's US IT business

Trace3 announced the planned acquisition of the commercial US IT business of Calian Group in a carve-out transaction. The deal expands Trace3’s managed services infrastructure with a security operations center, two 24/7 network operations centers, integration centers, and locations and staff in Texas and Minnesota. Calian completes acquisition of Galaxy Broadband for CAD 51.5 million

Calian has completed the acquisition of Galaxy Broadband Communications. The transaction includes an approximately CAD 24 million upfront payment and up to CAD 27.5 million in earn-outs, subject to customary conditions and subsequent amendments to secured subordinated notes of Crown Capital Partners.
