Carlsberg raises annual forecast, investors worry over weakness in China

Carlsberg reported organic revenue growth of 2.7% and an organic operating profit increase of 5.9% in the first half of 2026, improved margins and free operating cash flow of DKK 3.7bn. The company raised its 2026 organic operating profit guidance to 4–6% and says Britvic synergies are being realized faster. Net debt fell to 3.0x EBITDA and management expects around 80% of the synergies to be achieved by the end of 2026.
