Centerspace completed the staged sale of 14 multifamily properties and a receivable, generating gross proceeds of about $318.8 million, roughly one-third of its market capitalization. The assets in Denver, Colorado; Minnesota; Rapid City; and Bismarck were sold to three independent buyers. The company intends to use the net proceeds primarily to reduce outstanding liabilities and is also considering a possible special distribution of $50–60 million.
