The unsecured, subordinated tranche is part of a committed facility of $40 million, reducing remaining availability to $25 million, and matures on April 16, 2031 at SOFR (1-month) plus 9.00% p.a.; interest payments may be deferred under certain conditions. The loan is subordinated to existing senior credit lines, guaranteed by subsidiaries, and will be used to repay revolver debt, reduce accounts payable and for general corporate purposes; the transaction was approved as a related-party transaction.
