Codan records strong profit growth for FY2026 and raises outlook

Codan reported revenue for FY2026 up 30% to AUD 875m, EBIT growth of 67% and NPAT up 69%; NPAT margin rose to 20%. The company finished with net cash of AUD 36m and cited strong demand for unmanned systems and robust Minelab sales as drivers; the share price jumped 11.8% to $48.61. For FY2027 Codan is targeting around 20% revenue growth in Communications and margins in the low-30% range, with Minelab off to a good start and a stable run‑rate.
