Conduit Holdings has appointed Mark Pickering as chief financial officer and executive director, effective 30 November 2026. Pickering joins from Aspen Insurance, where he served as group CFO and treasurer and helped oversee the NYSE IPO and the takeover by Sompo. He will replace Elaine Whelan, who will retire on 30 September 2026.
