ContourGlobal brings 200‑MW solar-plus-storage plant online in Chile with 6.5-hour backup

ContourGlobal Power Holdings announces €675 million bond with 5.5-year maturity

ContourGlobal Power Holdings plans to issue a fixed-rate bond of €675 million with a 5.5-year term. BNP Paribas is the stabilization coordinator; BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, KKR Capital Markets, Santander, Mizuho and UniCredit act as stabilization managers. The issue price is still to be determined; stabilization trading will take place over-the-counter.
