Cree LED introduces compact XLamp XE-B LEDs with higher light intensity

Cree LED, a brand of Penguin Solutions, has launched the XLamp XE-B LEDs in a 0.9 × 1.4 mm package. The new LEDs deliver up to 60% higher intensity compared with 1 × 1 mm LEDs and are designed for directional indoor, architectural, event and automotive lighting. The parts provide up to 1 A maximum current and are available in 17 color and white options; eleven colors are already in production.
