Crescent Energy sells DJ Basin assets for $90 million
Crescent Energy sold non‑operating assets in the DJ Basin to a private buyer for $90 million in cash; the fields in Weld County currently produce about 7 Mboe/d with an oil share of roughly 20%. The sale is the sixth in an ongoing program to divest non‑core assets and brings transactions closed since the start of the year to more than $900 million.
