Crimson Tide has signed a three-year contract with APCOA Parking UK to roll out the mpro5 platform across the company’s UK operations. mpro5 will be used in three areas: car park inspections, patrols at hospital sites and patrols for municipal clients. The platform digitises inspection and patrol activities, captures evidence in real time and provides auditable performance data. Crimson Tide has agreed a three-year extension worth £3.88 million with one of the world’s largest retailers. The deal expands the use of the process-management app mpro5, which is already deployed in more than 3,000 stores across the UK and Ireland and supports over 30 services. The customer plans to use mpro5 to consolidate legacy systems and as part of its digitalisation strategy through 2026; Crimson Tide also highlights ongoing product investments in analytics, AI and communications capabilities.
