CXApp acquires EngineRoom — stock rises 33% after hours

CXApp announced the acquisition of AI platform EngineRoom, which drove the stock up 33% in after-hours trading. The deal is expected to triple the annualized revenue run rate from about $4 million to more than $12 million and add roughly $1.6 million of adjusted EBITDA.
