Daiseki reports record sales in Q2 and launches takeover for Daiseki Eco. Solution

In the first half of fiscal year 2026 Daiseki posted record net sales (¥36,117 million, +10.1%) and gross profit, but showed slight margin pressure on profit metrics. As part of its VISION2030 strategy plan, the company announced a tender offer for Daiseki Eco. Solution at ¥1,850 per share (+60%) and plans to expand three new core business areas and raise its domestic share from 25.6% to 30%. Daiseki maintains its full-year forecast, targets ROE of 12% by 2027 and 15% by 2031, and signals shareholder-friendly measures such as a 40% payout ratio target and approximately ¥12 billion in share buybacks through Feb. 2027. » More on de.investing.com
