Sika places hybrid bond of €1 billion in two tranches

Sika has placed a hybrid bond totaling €1 billion with institutional investors in two tranches of €500 million each. The instruments carry annual coupons of 4.375% and 4.875% respectively and have first call dates in 2032 and 2035. Sika raises sales forecast and stock rises after strong half-year results
