Dialight’s employee trust purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at 520 pence each on 10 August via Equiniti Trust (Jersey) as part of a share purchase programme announced on 27 July 2026. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under employee share plans such as the Restricted Share Plan, the Annual Performance Bonus Plan and the Value Creation Plan. Dialight clarifies that the Employee Benefit Trust holds 0.37% of the issued share capital (148,703 ordinary shares), not the previously reported 0.42%.
