Rock chip samples from the Snowy project in Kazakhstan returned gold values up to 1.44 g/t and silver up to 2.86 g/t. The analyses identified a vein system traceable at surface over strike lengths of up to 200 metres, with numerous samples returning more than 0.2 g/t gold. East Star Resources has appointed Sonia Scarselli to the board with immediate effect; she will represent major shareholder Endeavour Mining, which holds 14.3% of East Star. In November 2025 Endeavour made a strategic investment of £1.8 million and, together with East Star, established a joint venture for gold exploration in Kazakhstan.
