Elopak increases revenue and adjusted EBITDA in Q2 2026, shares slightly down
Elopak reports a 4.9% revenue increase to EUR 304m in Q2 2026 and an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 45m with a margin of 14.8%. Growth was driven mainly by higher sales of cartons and closures in the Americas and EMEA, while Roll Fed rose 16% thanks to new customers. Management cites supply bottlenecks at Nippon Dynawave, higher raw material costs and weaker demand for plant-based products as short-term risks, but expects a gradual improvement from H2 and confirms the target to reach EUR 480m in revenue in the Americas by 2028. Measures include continued investments in U.S. capacity; Håkon Volldal is to become CEO by January 1, 2027 at the latest. » More on de.investing.com
