Empire State Realty Trust has completed the sale of 250 West 57th Street for $275 million; the purchase price includes the buyer’s assumption of $180 million in mortgage liabilities. The transaction served to reallocate capital following the December 2025 acquisition of 130 Mercer Street and resulted in no taxable gain.
