ENGIE Brasil boosts revenue in Q3 2025 by 32% thanks to progress on wind and solar projects

ENGIE Brasil reported operational net revenue of R$ 3,343 million in Q3 2025 (+31.8%), adjusted EBITDA of R$ 1,871 million (+12.4%) and adjusted net income of R$ 731 million (+9.8%). The company completed the acquisitions of Santo Antônio do Jari and Cachoeira Caldeirão (+612 MW) and reports completion or advanced construction stages at the Serra do Assuruá (wind) and Assú Sol (solar) projects. Despite improved availabilities, curtailment rates for wind and solar increased; net debt rose to R$ 29,668 million while the rating remains AAA; CAPEX stays high in 2025.
