Chandra Asri to buy ExxonMobil’s Esso petrol stations in Singapore
Chandra Asri Pacific, controlled by Prajogo Pangestu, agreed to acquire ExxonMobil’s Esso-branded fuel service stations in Singapore via a wholly-owned SPC of a Chandra Asri subsidiary. The deal covers 60 petrol stations and is expected to close by end-2025, subject to regulatory approvals; financial terms were not disclosed. North Atlantic France lowers purchase price for Esso SAF stake after inventory revaluation
North Atlantic France has adjusted the purchase price for the planned majority takeover of Esso SAF following a revaluation of inventories. The price will be reduced by about €141.6 million (€11.01 per Esso SAF share), lowering the price per share before further distributions from €149.19 to €85.18. Taking into account distributions already paid and planned, the price per share could fall further to €24.97.
