Evolv Technology reports that its Evolv Express screening system has now checked nearly 5 billion people and screens almost 5 million people daily. In the second quarter the company won 70 new customers and is active in all 50 U.S. states as well as in Canada and Mexico; about 60% of booked units went to existing customers. The handheld screening product eXpedite has screened more than 20 million bags since launch, currently processes roughly 90,000 bags per day and has over 100 customers (about 8% of the customer base). Evolv has extended its multi‑year hardware and software subscription agreement with TD Garden in Boston and is rolling out an upgrade to its Gen2 hardware for Evolv Express as well as eXpedite bag‑check systems at all entrances. The new systems are already in operation and are intended to detect concealed weapons using sensor technology and AI without slowing visitor flow. Evolv Technologies announced a multi-year extension and expansion of its security agreement with Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. In addition to the Evolv Express deployed since 2024, the autonomous bag-screening system Evolv eXpedite will now be installed at a high-traffic entrance. Evolv remains the official fan-screening partner and will collaborate with the arena on marketing initiatives, furthering the company’s presence in Southern California.
