Forum Energy Technologies reports 8% revenue growth, backlog up 44% in Q1 2026

Forum Energy Technologies posted Q1 fiscal 2026 revenue of $209 million and net income of $4 million ($0.39 per diluted share); adjusted net income was $6 million ($0.47). Orders reached $221 million with a book-to-bill of 106% and adjusted EBITDA was $23 million. Revenue and adjusted EBITDA rose 8% and 14% year-over-year, and backlog increased 44% versus Q1 2025. At the annual meeting Evelyn M. Angelle, John A. Carrig and Neal A. Lux were elected as Class II directors for three‑year terms. Shareholders also approved executive compensation on an advisory basis, ratified Deloitte & Touche as auditors and voted to increase the 2016 stock and incentive plan by 625,000 shares.
