Thyssenkrupp nucera halves revenue and lowers guidance after halting series production for high-temperature electrolysis
Thyssenkrupp nucera recorded incoming orders of €471m (+96%) in the first nine months, but suffered a sharp drop in revenue to €354m and an EBIT of -€69m. Drivers included large orders such as the 300-megawatt project from Moeve and market entry to India via a partnership with BHEL, while the green hydrogen segment saw revenue declines after completion of major reference projects. Management is discontinuing its series production for high-temperature electrolysis, causing one-off charges of around €30m in the fourth quarter and cutting the full-year EBIT guidance to -€105m to -€75m; the revenue forecast is now €450–500m. The strong chlor-alkali business and a net cash position of €627m are positive factors, but cash flow remains strained and further uncertainties persist. » More on finanzen.net
thyssenkrupp nucera cuts SOEC mass production and lowers annual forecast
The share of thyssenkrupp nucera fell about 3.3% to 7.78 EUR after exiting the SOEC program and cutting its forecast. The exit will lead to one‑off charges to EBIT of roughly 30 million EUR, mainly due to impairments and capitalized development costs. In the third quarter revenue was 145 million EUR, above expectations, and order intake grew by 29%. Nevertheless, the company lowered its full‑year EBIT forecast to -155 million to -135 million EUR and reduced the revenue guidance for green hydrogen, which pushed the positive quarterly performance into the background. » More on de.investing.com

For the coming fiscal year a positive EBIT effect of €10 million and a positive cash flow of €20 million are expected. Revenue guidance was lowered to €450–500 million, and order intake is now expected at €550–670 million.
