TORM reports record Q2 2026 and raises annual forecast
TORM reported record Q2 2026 figures for revenue ($662.8 million), TCE revenues ($512 million), EBITDA ($416 million) and net profit ($338 million). Adjusted EPS of $3.25 was slightly below expectations, yet the company raised its full-year guidance for TCE revenues to $1.4–1.6 billion and for EBITDA to $1.0–1.2 billion. The board approved an interim dividend of $2.40 per share ($246 million), currently equating to a dividend yield of around 8.9%. Management sees the market shift as a structural realignment and plans fleet renewals with stronger hedging of remaining days; risks remain tied to geopolitical exposure and freight rate volatility. » More on de.investing.com

Danish product-tanker operator Torm reported a record net profit of $338 million in the second quarter and an EBITDA of $416 million. The result was driven by sharply higher freight rates due to disruptions in oil trade flows, including the Middle East conflict and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Torm raised its 2026 TCE guidance to $1.4–1.6 billion and its EBITDA guidance to $1–1.2 billion; 70% of 2026 revenue days are already fixed at an average of $45,391 per day. » More on de.investing.com
