Fox presents growth plan focused on streaming, sports and Roku acquisition

At the Goldman Sachs conference, Fox unveiled a growth plan centered on streaming (Tubi, FOX One), sports rights and the planned $22 billion acquisition of Roku. Fiscal 2026 was a record year with EBITDA of $3.9 billion; Tubi became profitable and FOX One is gaining predominantly non-pay-TV households. Despite a second DOJ inquiry, Fox expects the Roku deal to close in the first half of 2027, anticipates revenue and cost synergies and an initial net leverage of about 2.8x.
