Wechsler Feinfisch has filed for insolvency at the Cologne local court; Jens Schmidt was appointed provisional insolvency administrator. The company is seeking a buyer to preserve production and around 40 jobs, and suppliers and major customers such as Edeka and Globus have signaled their support.
