Graphex Group announces termination of ADS program effective July 14, 2026

Graphex Group has instructed depositary bank The Bank of New York Mellon to terminate the deposit agreement for American Depositary Shares (ADS); the depositary has already informed ADS holders. The termination date was set as July 14, 2026; ADS holders can exchange their ADS for underlying ordinary shares until at least July 17, 2026, with fees of $17.50 plus up to a $0.05 cancellation fee and taxes. After July 17, 2026, the depositary may sell any remaining ordinary shares and pay the net proceeds to ADS holders after costs and taxes; the ordinary shares will remain listed in Hong Kong. » More on de.investing.com
