Graphex Group grants M2i Global option to buy Graphex Technologies for up to $100 million

Graphex Group has given its subsidiary Happy Growth Group an agreement with M2i Global that grants M2i an option to acquire 100% of the shares in Graphex Technologies LLC for a total of $100 million. M2i pays $500,000 for the option; the purchase price is to be paid in a combination of cash and M2i shares. The option is subject to conditions precedent, the agreement contains a no‑shop and a non‑compete clause for multiple regions, and Graphex Group is obliged to provide technical support for up to five years. » More on de.investing.com
