Gray Media placed $750 million of senior secured notes due September 15, 2034, at par with a 7.50% coupon. The proceeds will be used to repay $675 million of outstanding first‑lien secured notes due 2029 (10.50% coupon), to pay down $21 million under the revolver, and to cover transaction costs. After the repayment, approximately $350 million of the 2029 notes are expected to remain outstanding. The new notes are guaranteed by existing and future subsidiaries; interest accrues immediately and is payable semiannually on March 15 and September 15.
