Griffin Mining starts share buyback of up to $14m via accelerated reverse bookbuild
Griffin Mining has appointed Panmure Liberum to conduct an accelerated reverse bookbuilding to repurchase ordinary shares worth up to $14m or up to 3.5m shares (up to 1.98% of issued ordinary shares). The process runs until Monday at 16:45 BST; Panmure Liberum will purchase the shares on its own account at the bookbuilding-determined price. Griffin Mining launches new share buyback program through November 2026
Griffin Mining has approved a buyback program to acquire up to 3.7 million ordinary shares, or shares with a value of up to $15 million, for cancellation by 30 November 2026. Purchases will be made on the London Stock Exchange on an ad hoc basis in compliance with safe‑harbour rules, trading conditions, disclosure and price requirements; no orders will be placed during closed periods. Management intends to structure market purchases to enhance shareholder value but reserves the right to acquire large parcels or make purchases via takeover offers.
