Willi-Food delisted from Nasdaq and to concentrate trading on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

G. Willi-Food International announced a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market to concentrate trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The company plans to file SEC Form 25 around Aug. 17; the last Nasdaq trading day will be no earlier than Aug. 26, with sole listing on the TASE from Aug. 27 or later. It then intends to file Form 15F around Aug. 28, which would suspend SEC reporting obligations and could terminate them within up to 90 days unless the SEC objects. Willi-Food cites that most shares trade on the TASE, its operations are primarily in Israel, and the move will reduce the costs of a U.S. listing; the shares are expected to remain tradable in the U.S. OTC market and investors currently have no action to take. » More on de.investing.com
G. Willi-Food approves management change and extension of service agreement

Shareholders of G. Willi-Food approved the appointment of Karin Williger as head of business optimization and business development; her appointment takes effect on 1 January 2026. At the same time, the three-year service agreement with majority shareholder Willi-Food Investments was extended from 1 January 2026.
