Haier Smart Home plans voluntary buyback offer for D shares

The board of Haier Smart Home intends to make a voluntary public buyback offer for up to 81,044,512 D shares (approximately 30% of the issued D shares). The cash price per D share will be set at the time of announcement and may deviate by a maximum of ±5% from the Xetra closing price on the third trading day before the announcement.
