The shareholders of Leggett & Platt have approved the merger with Somnigroup. The agreement dated April 13, 2026 provides that Somnigroup subsidiary Sparrow Unity will be merged with Leggett & Platt and Leggett will then be a 100% subsidiary of Somnigroup.
