Helium One has raised £3.5m before costs in a placing through the issue of 583,333,334 new ordinary shares at 0.6 pence each. The proceeds will be used to advance the Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado, maintain the southern Rukwa helium project and pursue a farm‑out strategy.
