Hexagon Purus sells aerospace business to SpaceX
SpaceX is acquiring the aerospace business of Hexagon Masterworks from Hexagon Purus; the hydrogen business is not part of the transaction. The purchase price is about $15 million ($12.5m in cash plus up to $2.5m contingent), and existing Masterworks hydrogen customer contracts are to be transferred to other parts of Hexagon Purus before closing. Hexagon Purus expects the sale to strengthen its financial position and extend its liquidity runway, but remains under pressure due to weak order intake; the Q4 2025 figures will be released on February 10. » More on deraktionaer.de
Hexagon Purus reports Q3 2025: revenue falls sharply, quarter-on-quarter improvement visible
Hexagon Purus reported Q3 2025 revenue of NOK 252 million (-54% year-on-year, +30% quarter-on-quarter) and a net loss of NOK 364.6 million. The EBITDA margin improved to -46% versus the prior quarter but remains well below last year’s level. The order backlog amounts to NOK 974 million; the company is implementing extensive cost reductions (headcount cut ~30% since the start of the year) and expects the measures to take full effect from 2026, but sees short-term risks from the postponement of orders into Q1 2026. The stock fell sharply after the figures as investors are skeptical about the pace of the recovery. » More on de.investing.com
