HPQ Silicon completed a non‑brokered private placement of C$3 million, selling 18,181,819 units at C$0.165 per unit; each unit consists of a common share and a warrant (exercise C$0.25 within 24 months). All units were purchased by an investor outside Canada. HPQ Silicon secures $1 million through private placement to commercialize technologies
HPQ Silicon completed a non-brokered private placement of 6,170,442 common shares at $0.1625 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $1,002,697. The securities are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period; the transaction remains subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. In addition, 333,303 warrants were issued to CI Investment Services (exercise price $0.18, term 48 months).
