Idaho Strategic Resources has entered a long-term lease for the Niagara copper-silver project in Shoshone County, about 7 km from the Golden Chest Mine. The deposit contains a historical estimate (2008) of 150 million pounds of copper and 8 million ounces of silver as inferred resources; this estimate has not been assessed under current S-K 1300 standards. The agreement covers nine unpatented claims with an initial term of 10 years, annual payments starting at $18,000 (plus a 3% annual escalation) and a 2% net smelter royalty, of which 1% can be repurchased for $1 million. Idaho Strategic Resources has revised the sales agreement with Roth Capital Partners and reduced the cash fee for distribution services from 3% to 2.5%.
