Intrusion acquires VigilAigent and secures $3.5 million in annual recurring revenue

Intrusion has acquired VigilAigent from Tego Cyber, gaining roughly $3.5 million in annual recurring revenue from multi-year customer contracts. The acquisition brings a reseller network of more than 80 partners and about 1,000 installations, as well as the AI engine "The Oracle", which will be integrated into Intrusion's TraceCop database.
