CIMG plans 20-million-dollar on-chain crypto fund with iZUMi Finance

CIMG has signed a letter of intent with iZUMi Group to launch the "Upstarts Fund" with $20 million, which will invest in a DeFi liquidity vault, listed tokens and trading services for tokenized equities. The aim is to diversify corporate assets and encourage institutional participation in digital assets; the first product planned is a yield-bearing Bitcoin DAT. The agreement is preliminary and subject to final contracts.
