    James Cropper granted four executives nil-cost options over ordinary shares at an exercise price of 445 pence per share. CEO David Stirling received 121,181 options; further awards were made to Andrew Goody, Paul Barber and Matt Ratcliffe. Options may be exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of grant and are conditional on performance targets for adjusted EBITDA and total shareholder return in the 2026/27 to 2028/29 financial years.   • James Cropper secures factoring facility of £15m and completes refinancing

    James Cropper has agreed a new factoring facility of up to £15m with a minimum three‑year term to fund working capital and will use this facility and cash resources to repay £7.1m of an existing UK bank loan. The remaining loan will be repaid in reduced quarterly instalments through March 2030, and the US bank loan has been extended by 12 months (final instalment of $3.2m in Dec. 2027). The company will make a one‑off £0.6m payment into performance‑related pension plans, adjust the contribution schedule and bring forward the next actuarial valuation to March 2027.
