Kavango Resources said that the vendor Simon John Bowman did not meet the conditions of the purchase option agreement for the Nara gold project and that the planned closing on 27 February therefore falls through. The company announced legal action to enforce the contract and to seek damages against Bowman and Romjack Mining (Private) Limited.
