  • Kenmare Resources reports weak H1 result, shares rise despite losses

    Kenmare Resources posted a revenue decline to $134.5m in the first half of 2026 (-16%), an EBITDA of $4m and a net loss after tax of $34m. Price pressure on titanium minerals pushed average realised prices down to $242/tonne, while shipments rose 13% to 555,000 tonnes and operating cash costs fell 12%. The company highlighted commercial progress on the new ZrTi product, an extended $230m debt facility and ongoing improvements at WCP A; the full-year delivery guidance of 1.1m tonnes remains unchanged.
