    KNOT Offshore Partners, through subsidiary KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS, has taken over the shuttle tanker Hedda Knutsen; the initial acquisition cost is about 24.4 million USD after deduction of debt. The DP2 Suezmax built by COSCO in 2024 is currently chartered to Petrobras; the firm term ends in November 2034 and Petrobras holds an option to extend for five years.
