Laird Superfood exceeds revenue forecasts in Q2 2026, shares rise
Laird Superfood reported net revenue of $41.3 million for Q2 2026 (versus $12 million a year earlier) and adjusted EBITDA of $3 million, driven by the acquisitions of Terrasoul and the integration of Navitas. The GAAP result was significantly worse than expected, with a loss of $0.25 per share versus an estimate of -$0.03, after which the stock rose after hours. Management reaffirmed the full-year guidance of $138–148 million in revenue and $8–12 million in adjusted EBITDA, but continues to expect gross margins in the low 30 percent range due to margin-weaker acquisitions and commodity costs. Expansion at Walmart, Target and Amazon, along with operational scale effects, are expected to drive further growth and margin improvement in H2. » More on de.investing.com
