Louis Hachette Group raises revenue to €9.6bn and improves leverage to 1.95x

Louis Hachette Group reports for fiscal 2025 a revenue increase to €9.6bn (+4% reported, +3% organic) and an 8% higher EBITA of €551m. Net profit doubled to €112m, operating cash flow rose to €558m and net debt fell by €236m to €1,590m, improving the leverage ratio to 1.95x. Lagardère Travel Retail and Lagardère Publishing drove the growth, while Prisma Media remains under pressure and is being restructured.
