Magna beats Q4 forecasts by wide margin and lifts stock in premarket
Magna reported adjusted EPS of $2.18 for Q4 2025 (expectation $1.77) and revenue of $10.85 billion, with both metrics significantly exceeding analyst expectations. The stock rose 8.82% in premarket trading to $62.92. Magna improves margins and raises full-year outlook despite revenue decline
Magna reported a 3% decline in revenue for Q2 2025 to $10.6 billion, but raised adjusted EBIT by 1% to $583 million and the adjusted EBIT margin to 5.5%. Adjusted earnings per share rose to $1.44 and free cash flow improved to $301 million. Due to operational efficiency, positive currency effects and a more favorable tax approach, the company raised its full-year revenue and earnings guidance and lowered its CAPEX forecast.
