Magnera posts $90m adjusted EBITDA in Q2, repays $36m debt amid storm and inflation headwinds
Magnera reported Q2 sales of $796 million and adjusted EBITDA of $90 million, with $73 million of free cash flow that enabled $36 million of debt repayment in the quarter. Winter storms Fern and Hernando caused temporary plant shutdowns that trimmed about $5 million of EBITDA, while rising raw material, fuel and logistics costs linked to the Middle East conflict pressured margins.
